Mixer, Service

Having the right equipment is key to running a smooth kitchen. What’s even more important is making sure each unit is maintained regularly between scheduled visits from technicians. Daily “checkups” on your equipment can help eliminate downtime and keep your equipment running efficiently.

To get the most out of your Mixer or Undercounter Dishwasher, we have some easy steps to keep them running strong.

To keep your mixer in top shape, be sure to verify you have the proper lubricant level set per the machine’s equipment manual. Check the agitator clearance and inspect the machine and accessories daily for damage.

There are several key steps to follow between service visits for your undercounter dishwasher. Be sure your staff is pre-scraping food off the dishes before loading them into the machine. Turn on the delime setting and clean the inside of the unit. It is always good to remove any debris from the bottom of the tank and leave the door open at night so the machine can air dry.

We have created an easy-to-follow checklist to help you remember these key steps. Following this list will help keep your equipment running and your kitchen open!
